You may be offered conditional admission based on your existing application materials. All official scores must be submitted by the time of registration to secure your full enrollment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>ALES<\/strong>&nbsp;is required from resident Turkish citizens who are applying for the graduate programs. Those applicants who are not Turkish citizens, and Turkish citizens who have completed their undergrad degrees without enrolling in a Turkish University may provide&nbsp;<strong>GRE General Test<\/strong>&nbsp;(obligatory for foreign students) scores instead of ALES. All other applicants must provide ALES to apply the graduate school. In that case, <a href=\"http:\/\/mfbe.bilkent.edu.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/esdegerlikdokuman060420211.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"http:\/\/mfbe.bilkent.edu.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/esdegerlikdokuman060420211.pdf\">a minimum of 55 from YDS, e-YDS, Y\u00d6KD\u0130L, e-<a href=\"http:\/\/mfbe.bilkent.edu.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/esdegerlikdokuman060420211.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"http:\/\/mfbe.bilkent.edu.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/esdegerlikdokuman060420211.pdf\">Y\u00d6KD\u0130L<\/a> or its equivalents as listed by the Board, in a language other than the mother tongue<\/a> must be submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Ph.D. applicants, citizens of Turkey who plan to submit TOEFL IBT scores must take the TOEFL IBT exam at one of the test centers in public universities (Y\u00d6K requirement).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Validity period for all exams: 2 years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TOEFL IBT &#8220;Computer-based&#8221;
